If you’re over being sold snake oil, expensive treatments, machines, home remedies, extensive labs without extensive and science backed plans to tackle them, spending hundreds on the latest supplements or thousands on devices…. Same.
I’ve learned that the pain of staying the same/continuing to get worse is far greater than the stress and discomfort of change (and my cortisol levels agree).
